Base Salary
$164k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production features that use large language models to solve real customer problems.
- Implement and integrate LLMs including prompting, tool loops, and evaluation.
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions and keep the work unblocked.
- Partner with product and design to refine ideas and iterate on end-to-end experiences.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate with existing systems.
- Write clear, reliable, well-tested code that ships quickly and scales well.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production products or platforms.
- Hands-on experience implementing LLM-powered features.
- Strong engineering skills in services, APIs, and data flows.
- Experience in team execution including sprints, Jira, and cross-functional coordination.
- A bias to action, with a focus on iteration and learning.
- Clear communication skills to work effectively with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable languages, and React or comparable libraries.
