Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority for Workday’s AI platform, integration architecture, agentic capabilities, and Data Cloud.
- Enable partner architects and technical teams through architect-tier sessions, technical deep-dives, roadmap interpretation, and platform guidance.
- Design reference solutions spanning Workday HCM, Finance, agentic AI, enterprise technology ecosystems, and cross-platform agent integrations.
- Define agent orchestration, governance, security, compliance, risk, MCP, and A2A integration patterns.
- Develop reusable partner-owned architecture patterns, code accelerators, integration playbooks, and technical reference materials.
- Provide competitive technical positioning and advise CTOs, chief architects, offering leads, and senior technology stakeholders.
- Coordinate partner architecture standards with Forward Deployed Partner Architects on major deals.
- Partner with Solution Architecture to shape demo environments, data, functional flows, provisioning, and integrated partner solutions.
- Represent Workday with partners at industry events, technical forums, and architecture conferences.
- Feed partner architectural insights, competitive signals, and technical innovations back to Workday teams.
Requirements
- Principal track requires 7+ years of enterprise software solution consulting, architecture, or hands-on enterprise application experience.
- Senior track requires 5+ years of enterprise software solution consulting, architecture, or hands-on enterprise application experience.
- Principal track requires 5+ years of applied cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards experience, including API-based and native patterns.
- Senior track requires 3+ years of applied cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards experience, including API-based and native patterns.
- Principal track requires 5+ years of Workday experience; the Senior track requires 3+ years of Workday experience.
- Experience working with or within Global System Integrators, large SIs, or strategic technology partners.
- Expertise in platform architecture, AI/ML integration, agentic frameworks, or enterprise technology strategy.
- Ability to engage GSI CTOs, chief architects, and offering development leads as a trusted technical advisor.
- Experience designing reference architectures, technical playbooks, or integration standards adopted at scale.
- Strong Workday technical architecture and AI platform knowledge, including Sana, Data Cloud, and integration frameworks, or equivalent ability to ramp quickly.
- Practical understanding of agents, LLMs, RAG, MCP, and operationalizing agentic AI in the enterprise.
- Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, learning, and continuous-improvement abilities.
