Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services using C#/.NET 8 and ASP.NET Core.
  • Develop WPF desktop applications, secure RESTful APIs, reusable application components, and Entity Framework Core data-access layers.
  • Provide architectural guidance, define design principles and coding standards, and promote secure software engineering practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, API, integration, and deployment issues while ensuring quality, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Create automated unit and integration tests using xUnit and use Swagger and Postman for API documentation, validation, and testing.
  • Support Docker-based containerized development and deployment, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and JFrog Artifactory build artifact management.
  • Conduct code reviews, participate in technical design and solution reviews, and collaborate with developers, product owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach development team members, provide technical guidance, and help teams resolve complex technical problems.
  • Contribute to estimation, planning, implementation, and work across multiple projects and changing priorities.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of overall software development experience with significant .NET application development experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with C# and .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, WPF, RESTful API development, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Understanding of application architecture, object-oriented programming, reusable software design, application security, and secure software development.
  • Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, xUnit, Swagger, Postman, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience with source control and modern software development practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban development environments.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience with gRPC, PostgreSQL, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Kubernetes, Helm, Miro, and cloud-native distributed applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, collaboration, adaptability, ownership, and technical decision-making skills, with English proficiency.
