Responsibilities

Participate in the strategic renovation of distributed infrastructure supporting trade capture and market/reference data gathering for the CVA trading desk.
Partner with users, traders, quants, and technology teams to translate business and technology requirements into scalable solutions.
Analyze and enhance data flows, architecture, and system functionality to improve platform performance and reliability.
Architect, build, and maintain scalable, testable distributed systems using Core Java and/or Scala.
Develop multithreaded applications and services for high-volume trading and market data workloads.
Perform problem analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and production rollout across the full project life cycle.

5+ years of experience with Core Java or Scala and a strong understanding of multithreading.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience architecting, building, and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
Strong software engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with traders, quants, and technology teams.
Experience with RDBMS and SQL is nice-to-have.
Experience with Python, Perl, Unix, and K-Shell scripting is preferred.
Understanding of financial products, particularly OTC derivatives, is beneficial.
Knowledge of French and English is required.
