Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting, scalable solutions, and issue resolution for advertising partners.
- Support client adoption of new products through upgrades and migrations and communicate client feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
- Oversee technical aspects of new and ongoing client integrations, including documentation and technical guidance.
- Present technical materials to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze and optimize existing client development using Google products and solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management and help develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, web technologies, and data analysis.
- Fluent English communication skills for client relationship management in the region.
- Preferred experience coding in Python, C++, or Java.
- Preferred familiarity with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
- Strong technical presentation, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, investigative, and data-driven decision-making skills.
