Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions for diagnostics, remediation, workflow orchestration, operational efficiency, and service reliability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and IT Service Management platforms.
  • Build REST API integrations, data-exchange workflows, data transformations, and enterprise workflow automation.
  • Develop event-driven workflows supporting data extraction, transformation, loading, normalization, validation, and enrichment.
  • Support solution testing, deployment, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, documentation, code repositories, and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate on architecture discussions, solution reviews, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, automation engineering, software development, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, web-based integrations, and source code management solutions such as Git.
  • Understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud concepts, and protocols.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues across multiple systems and technologies.
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm for learning, ability to work independently and collaboratively, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
