Responsibilities
- Develop Scala systems across front-end, back-end, and integration areas.
- Plan workflows and optimize delivery processes.
- Support quality assurance and delivery of high-quality software products.
- Implement customer requirements and design new features.
- Analyze and design end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with and provide daily technical support to the team.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
- Code hands-on within client projects and support major IT solution delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Full-stack or backend technical experience with Scala, Java, .NET, or C#.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle and the ability to code within projects.
- Previous involvement in developing and delivering major IT solutions.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies.
- Ideally, experience mentoring colleagues or leading project teams.
- Understanding of agile tools and techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- High ambition and motivation to develop a career in technology consulting.
- Willingness to travel to client sites anywhere in the UK when required.
- Right to work in the UK.
