Base Salary
$320k - $489k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Dynamo family of open-source projects.
- Provide technical expertise in AI inference and help advance the state of the art.
- Represent Dynamo and NVIDIA with customers, partners, and the AI community.
- Lead critical initiatives involving resiliency, performance, and scalability.
- Build and drive Dynamo as a production-ready, data center-scale AI inference platform.
- Collaborate with partner teams across storage, networking, hardware, and performance.
- Evaluate and promote advances in AI/ML infrastructure technologies, frameworks, and strategies.
Requirements
- A BS, MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 18+ years of proven experience in systems software engineering.
- Expertise in AI inference, such as operating production inference systems at scale or working on inference engines.
- Experience serving as a senior technical leader and leading through influence.
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and Go, plus familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills involving complex systems, bottleneck analysis, and scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with production-grade infrastructure, including observability, resilience, and operations, is valued.
- Enthusiasm for continued learning in AI/ML systems is valued.
