Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, low-code applications, and custom software components.
- Configure and develop solutions in reporting, custom application, SharePoint, content management, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.
- Perform unit testing, support integration testing and UAT, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
- Maintain source code repositories and version-control practices.
- Prepare technical documentation covering system designs, configurations, code, and user guides.
- Assist with deployments, post-deployment verification, and production releases.
- Create knowledge-transfer materials and support handover to operations and application support teams.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to ensure compliant, high-quality solution delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing reporting environments, custom software applications, SharePoint and content management environments, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Articulate 360, including configuration, content workflows, interfaces, and technical support when assigned.
- Experience with Jincom, including configuration, content workflows, interfaces, and technical support when assigned.
- Ability to work with approved business requirements, functional specifications, technical designs, and organizational coding and quality standards.
