Responsibilities
- Discover undocumented workflows and operational problems within finance, sales, or operations teams.
- Drive each assignment to a Go/No-Go decision within five days.
- Build applications on ZURU’s internal tooling, standards, and automated checks.
- Own applications end to end from validation and development through graduation, retirement, or transfer.
- Direct coding agents against established patterns and evaluate their output.
- Consume governed data and internal platforms rather than bypassing them.
- Maintain reproducible applications with pinned capability versions, repository runbooks, telemetry, defined SLOs, and routed alerts.
- Keep no more than three ungraduated applications at a time.
Requirements
- Ability to work with finance, sales, or operations teams to understand their actual workflows.
- Ability to direct coding agents effectively and identify incorrect output.
- Ability to read and reason about code and ship working software rather than prototypes.
- Experience building something that another person subsequently used.
- Engineering years are not required; candidates from finance, sales, or operations backgrounds are in scope if they can direct an agent against a standard.
