Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test front-end, back-end, or full-stack features supporting Intuit’s cybersecurity mission.
- Write clean, well-tested production code and participate in code reviews.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot to accelerate development and share learnings with the team.
- Debug and resolve defects across the software stack.
- Collaborate with engineers, security specialists, and product managers to turn requirements into working software.
- Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of shipped features.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, MBA, PhD, or equivalent degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
- Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying AI to real-world problems.
- Legally authorized to work full-time in the United States for the duration of the internship.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by the team and role.
- Comfort with Git-based workflows and code review.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving, initiative, communication, and task-delivery skills.
- Exposure to React and/or AWS or GCP is preferred depending on team placement.
- Security domain knowledge is preferred but not required.
