Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve customer interaction channels, telephony integrations, contact flows, and onboarding solutions from design through launch.
  • Integrate conversational AI, intelligent routing, automation, and agentic systems into contact center workflows.
  • Design, develop, test, launch, and improve self-service software products for contact center configuration and management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues across voice, chat, and task channels.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert in areas such as IVR logic, omnichannel routing, real-time analytics, or workforce optimization.
  • Investigate root causes, guide team members through problem resolution, and implement bug fixes and scalable system improvements.
  • Create and improve documentation, runbooks, and integration guides.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, technology, program, and other technology teams on roadmaps and implementation strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of software development experience or at least 1 year of technical support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
  • Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
  • Preferred experience with serverless architectures, including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
