Responsibilities
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and enterprise knowledge integration.
- Implement agentic AI workflows, multi-agent orchestration, agentic frameworks, tool integrations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Establish prompt engineering, management, evaluation, versioning, reuse, and lifecycle practices.
- Implement responsible AI and AI governance practices, including risk assessments, explainability, transparency, validation, monitoring, and regulatory readiness.
- Drive DevOps and MLOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, and release governance.
- Analyze regulatory and compliance workflows and develop AI solutions for risk monitoring, regulatory reporting, and compliance reviews.
- Translate client needs into technical requirements, validate data and output logic, and document solution assumptions and limitations.
- Collaborate with client teams to identify control gaps, workflow bottlenecks, and AI-human collaboration opportunities.
- Review technical deliverables for regulatory risk, governance, and firm-standard alignment.
- Mentor junior team members on AI concepts, analytical methods, and compliance applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; B.E. or B.Tech preferred.
- At least 5–8 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Strong hands-on Python experience, including asyncio or anyio, type hints, and Pydantic v2.
- Experience building FastAPI services with versioned API contracts.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications with Pydantic AI or similar frameworks, including typed schema-validated outputs and malformed-response handling.
- Experience with document AI, OCR, PDF tooling, LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, LLM security, and production GenAI delivery.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, GitHub Actions, and enterprise workflow integrations such as Appian.
- Ability to apply analytical thinking, manage ambiguous client workstreams, collaborate effectively, and uphold compliance and governance standards.
