Base Salary
$120k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, development, configuration, and technical requirements definition for assigned systems.
- Complete testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, health monitoring and alerting, and implementation activities.
- Analyze, assess, and resolve advanced-complexity defects and incidents, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Lead project initiatives, coordinate technical resources, and manage interactions with other systems and technical support areas.
- Work independently on well-scoped and loosely scoped problems and deliver complete solutions in small batches.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.
- Consult with users to determine hardware, software, and system functional specifications.
Requirements
- More than five years of programming or development experience is listed among the ideal candidate qualifications.
- Experience with .NET, AWS or Azure cloud technologies, event-driven design, microservices, AI, and Claude.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Four additional years of software engineering experience.
- Intermediate delivery, domain expertise, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to estimate timelines, contribute to software design strategy, handle varied use cases, identify tradeoffs, and provide effective mentorship.
