Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces and features for iOS applications.
- Gradually take ownership of parts of the app and contribute across the full development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Experiment with iOS technologies and best practices with support from experienced team members.
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code with a focus on quality and security.
- Continuously improve technical skills and stay current with the iOS ecosystem.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Hands-on iOS development experience, including initial professional experience such as internships or working student roles, along with academic or personal projects.
- Familiarity with Swift and the iOS SDK, plus basic experience with UIKit and Auto Layout.
- Motivation to learn modern iOS development practices and deepen platform knowledge.
- Strong analytical thinking and interest in technical and product-related problems.
- Interest in building strong user experiences and implementing custom UI components.
- Good communication skills and openness to asking questions, giving feedback, and learning from others.
- Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- Ability and motivation to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changes in the iOS ecosystem.
- Curiosity about technology stacks and platforms beyond iOS.
- Fintech experience is not required; interest in investing or digital finance is a plus.
