Responsibilities
- Provide front-end technical leadership and coaching while driving coding standards, best practices, and maintainable UI architecture.
- Design and build high-performance, component-based web applications for clinical data exploration and data curation.
- Collaborate with back-end teams on integrations to support reliable end-to-end workflows and interoperability.
- Improve quality through code reviews, performance optimization, automated testing, continuous delivery practices, and observability.
- Partner with product, UX, and QA teams to deliver features aligned with clinical workflows and specialized visualization needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of end-to-end software development experience across the full lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in React and modern front-end engineering for high-performance, component-based applications.
- Experience with REST API integration, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native/containerized environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps/GitOps practices and strong software engineering, design, and architectural foundations.
- Strong problem-solving, risk-mitigation, collaboration, communication, and ownership skills; regulated or medical experience is a plus.
