Responsibilities
- Fine-tune Large Language Models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and conduct regular assessments of model performance.
- Iterate on training processes and implement strategies to improve model relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as an SME, provide solutions across teams, and manage the team’s execution.
- Mentor junior team members in model development.
- Work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
