Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on enterprise systems modernization.
- Support delivery teams in solving complex client problems.
- Contribute to solution design, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
- Develop and refine service accelerators, delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and reference architectures.
- Mentor engineers and architects within the service domain.
- Bridge delivery teams and global service development while supporting regional service adoption.
- Measure success through technical quality, asset adoption, and talent uplift.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform delivery, or technical consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems modernization advisory or a senior technical advisory role.
- Experience with solution design and technical delivery in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in modernization strategies, cloud architecture, platform thinking, architecture patterns, and enterprise solution architecture.
- Ability to build, extend, and support delivery tools, frameworks, and reusable assets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, mentorship, and business-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant certifications in platforms, tools, or frameworks, plus experience with enterprise transformation programs, consulting delivery lifecycles, accelerators, open-source projects, or client-aligned IP development.
