Responsibilities
- Design and build SAP automations to streamline operations.
- Maintain and evolve Luumen’s ABAP role as new SAP features are introduced.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure SAP integrations are scalable and secure.
- Develop prototypes to validate automation workflows.
- Identify opportunities to expand SAP-centric capabilities into product features.
- Serve as the SAP subject-matter expert for the product roadmap.
- Prototype and validate new use cases leveraging AI/ML within SAP landscapes.
- Provide advanced technical support for SAP-related product issues.
- Mentor junior engineers on SAP automation best practices.
- Partner with presales and customer success teams to demonstrate SAP functionality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Stay ahead of SAP roadmap developments and industry trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor on SAP architecture and automation.
- Represent Luumen through blogs, webinars, and events.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including Basis administration and ABAP development.
- Strong understanding of SAP Security, including roles and compliance.
- Proven experience with S/4HANA migrations and Cloud ERP initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in designing scalable and innovative SAP solutions.
- Ability to bridge SAP technical depth with AI and automation strategy.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
