Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build intelligent automation workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
- Develop reusable automation scripts and components using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
- Integrate AI and machine learning models into automation solutions using UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI capabilities, or related platforms.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability through automation.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders and internal clients.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with automation best practices.
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams on continuous improvement and delivery of automation solutions.
- Test, debug, monitor, and optimize automation workflows.
- Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices supporting automation deployment and lifecycle management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven automation solutions.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, design patterns, and automation best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with UiPath AI Center for integrating machine learning models into automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform AI capabilities, including AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI integrations.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Preferred familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience with APIs, microservices, enterprise system integrations, and scalable enterprise automation solutions.
- UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure certifications are preferred.
