Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Developer Experience strategy, architecture, and platform capabilities.
- Architect scalable, secure, cost-effective AWS and Azure cloud solutions with disaster recovery and high availability.
- Lead cloud architecture and design for enterprise, manufacturing, quality, and cloud-based product development solutions.
- Partner with Technical Operations and architects on infrastructure-as-code and DevOps pipeline design.
- Establish enterprise cloud workload procedures, development standards, secure SDLC guardrails, and DevSecOps capabilities.
- Review complex cloud workload designs and provide knowledge transfer, coaching, and mentoring.
- Manage vendor relationships and harmonize stakeholder needs.
- Provide technical leadership and decision-making guidance for IT cloud activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, software solutions, and AWS or Azure architectural patterns.
- Experience with DevSecOps, automated testing, artifact management, and guardrail development.
- Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or Docker is preferred.
- Demonstrated technical project management experience on multi-year, cross-functional projects is preferred.
- Proficiency with software tools for requirements management, engineering analysis, and statistical analysis is preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, negotiation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
