Base Salary
$200k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify and prioritize high-impact automation workflows.
- Design and develop multi-step agent workflows that enhance reasoning and task reliability.
- Integrate with the Agentic AI Foundations platform to shape its development.
- Create innovative internal solutions using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
- Discover and document reusable agent design patterns for future projects.
- Utilize evaluation tools for continuous performance assessment and optimization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2 years in AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework.
- Strong Python skills and experience in building production-grade backend services.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and deliver results.
- Experience in shipping AI solutions that impact business operations.
- Strong systems thinking for reliability and maintainability.
