Base Salary
$137k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop production machine learning solutions for reinforcement learning problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape a machine learning-driven product roadmap.
- Explore diverse data sources and foster a culture of flexible experimentation.
- Drive impact and support personal and professional growth within the team.
- Innovate with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in AI and ML.
Requirements
- Industry experience in developing and shipping machine learning models with business impact.
- Deep expertise in applied reinforcement learning and solving complex sequential decision-making tasks.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/RL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Must be located near one of the engineering hubs: San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Los Angeles, Seattle, or New York.
- M.S. or PhD in a quantitative field is a plus.
- Familiarity with causal inference and experimentation techniques.
