Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder Planning implementations, enhancements, and solution deployments.
- Define and deliver Blue Yonder solutions across Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Inventory Optimization, Enterprise Supply Planning, and S&OP.
- Design scalable solution architectures aligned with business objectives, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment, Master Planning, Inventory Optimization, and related applications.
- Support integrations with SAP ECC, SAP BW, middleware platforms, data lakes, WMS, and other enterprise applications.
- Oversee project delivery, issue resolution, risk management, and defect remediation.
- Mentor and guide project team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management solutions and implementations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Planning applications.
- Experience designing and delivering Blue Yonder solution architectures in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.
- Blue Yonder certifications in Planning, Demand, Fulfillment, or related modules are preferred.
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with SAP, WMS, data platforms, and enterprise analytics solutions is preferred.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills are preferred.
