Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise platforms supporting hundreds of engineers.
  • Develop scalable Python microservices and internal platform applications using Flask.
  • Own infrastructure as code across AWS, Azure, and GCP through containerization.
  • Build highly available services with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Design secure APIs with authentication, authorization, observability, and monitoring.
  • Integrate enterprise applications using Informatica IICS, including CDI and CAI.
  • Troubleshoot production issues involving networking, cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Apply DevSecOps practices including secrets management, IAM, vulnerability remediation, and policy automation.
  • Build business applications, workforce-planning tools, data integrations, dashboards, and automated workflows.
  • Develop intelligent capabilities such as recommendations, data matching, notifications, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Partner with architects and engineering leadership to improve platform reliability and developer productivity.
  • Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total experience.
  • 5+ years of Flask development with Python.
  • Certification in at least one hyperscaler among AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake, plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or application maintenance.
  • Experience working with large-scale engineering environments, enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, containers, APIs, and production systems.
