Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion systems.
- Develop and manage data workflows across cloud-based platforms.
- Implement robust ELT pipelines using modern tools and frameworks.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate on infrastructure-as-code deployments and CI/CD for data systems.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and internal services.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code in modern languages.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Integrate AI and automation techniques into engineering workflows.
- Mentor early-career engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering.
- Strong coding skills in Python or a similar language.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines.
- Proficiency with SQL and data modeling for analytics.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with dbt or equivalent data transformation frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as dbt Cloud or Airflow.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
