Responsibilities
- Develop and customize complex Salesforce solutions across CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and related platforms.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, integrations, data models, and governance practices.
- Build integrations between Salesforce clouds and external systems using REST APIs, middleware, platform events, and other integration tools.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing plans.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce solution performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Mentor junior Salesforce developers and promote coding, configuration, and continuous integration and delivery best practices.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate Salesforce releases, technologies, tools, and best practices for adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience across Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
- At least 3 years of JavaScript experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience building scalable Salesforce Flow solutions and complex Salesforce integrations and customizations.
- Experience with Salesforce REST APIs, middleware, platform events, tooling, and metadata.
- Experience with data modeling, CRM principles, software architecture, requirements gathering, and technical solution design.
- Experience delivering AI, Agentforce, and automation solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Agent Script, Claude, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
- Salesforce Developer Certification, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator certification, or relevant advanced certifications.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and familiarity with GitHub and Salesforce DX.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Additional Salesforce cloud certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Loyalty Management, Salesforce Voice, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Amazon Connect is desirable.
