Base Salary
$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own a production CTR/CVR prediction model end-to-end.
- Identify new data sources and features to improve model performance.
- Design offline evaluations and manage online A/B testing.
- Build tools for automating experiment-debugging and signal-discovery workflows.
- Set technical direction and align with data and pipeline teams.
- Ensure data quality and consistency in feature pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of machine learning experience with production-grade models.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Background in large-scale prediction or decisioning systems.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Ability to function under ambiguity.
- Bonus: experience with LLMs in evaluation or signal-discovery.
