Base Salary
$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own a production CTR/CVR prediction model end-to-end, including modeling, evaluation, feature pipelines, online experimentation, and post-launch operations.
- Identify and integrate new data sources, derived features, and contextual features to improve model performance.
- Design offline evaluations, launch online A/B tests, analyze results, and diagnose offline-to-online divergences.
- Build agentic tooling that automates parts of experiment debugging and signal discovery.
- Set technical direction for NEXT and coordinate with data and pipeline teams whose signals feed the models.
- Implement data-quality instrumentation, train/serve consistency, evaluation slicing, and experiment debugging to identify failure modes and distinguish real improvements from noise.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of machine learning experience with a track record of shipping production-grade models in business-critical environments.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Experience with large-scale prediction or decisioning systems such as CTR/CVR, ranking, recommendation, personalization, or related systems.
- Experience writing code in Python.
- Ability to function comfortably under ambiguity.
- Experience using LLMs as agents or feature extractors, particularly for evaluation, experiment debugging, or signal discovery, is a bonus.
