Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and SAP SuccessFactors integration solutions.
- Design and implement APIs and web services for seamless data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to maintain system stability and reliability.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation within integration workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Document technical designs and development processes.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and related middleware platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs and web services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
