Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the DevOps and Cloud architecture of platforms.
- Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Industrialize application deployments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Ensure platform quality, performance, security, scalability, cost control, and availability.
- Select tools and contribute to technical direction and architecture decisions.
- Resolve complex expert-level incidents.
- Design and operate DevOps platforms supporting AI and generative AI workloads.
- Industrialize AI usage through integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Technically coach and support developers and DevOps engineers.
- Lead technical reviews, share expertise, and promote DevOps, Cloud, and security best practices.
- Work with project, architecture, and security teams on audits and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bac+5 or equivalent university or engineering-school education.
- Confirmed experience in DevOps, ideally in a technical reference or lead role.
- Experience working in complex environments or high-value projects.
- Strong DevOps and Cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, security, performance, and Cloud architecture skills.
- Technical leadership, autonomy, analytical ability, communication, teaching, and continuous-improvement capabilities.
