Responsibilities
- Design and develop the platform’s frontend interactive interface and mobile application.
- Integrate multilingual speech input and output modules on the frontend.
- Support system integration and performance optimization of large language model APIs.
- Handle day-to-day platform operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system testing throughout the funding period.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Research and project experience in large language models, natural language processing, or intelligent systems.
- Hands-on experience with frontend and mobile application development, API integration, and platform deployment.
- Experience with technologies such as React or Vue and iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks.
- Familiarity with automatic speech recognition and text-to-speech pipelines.
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua, is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to Chinese medicine or medical and health informatics applications is desirable but not essential.
Benefits
- Full-time fixed-term contract of up to 24 months, and in any event no later than the end of the funded project.
- Reappointment may be possible by mutual agreement and subject to funding availability.
- Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
