Responsibilities
- Implement and operate supported ServiceNow solutions within the DevOps team.
- Deliver standard-aligned, sustainable solutions across the full product lifecycle while avoiding technical debt.
- Ensure the security, troubleshooting, performance, and continuous improvement of supported products and solutions.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations for large-volume data imports, including authentication, error handling, and data transformation.
- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects and integrate external systems using various integration technologies.
- Collaborate across teams and products, including integration of connected products and systems.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience and demonstrable achievements as a ServiceNow Application Specialist or Developer in the relevant ServiceNow products.
- Strong JavaScript development skills with an emphasis on object-oriented programming, class structures, inheritance, and software-design principles.
- Deep knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations for large data volumes.
- Demonstrable in-depth experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems through different integration technologies.
- Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects, combined with strong teamwork and goal orientation.
- ITIL Foundation Level and project-management certification are advantageous.
