Responsibilities

Implement and operate supported ServiceNow solutions within the DevOps team.
Deliver standard-aligned, sustainable solutions across the full product lifecycle while minimizing technical debt.
Ensure the security of supported products and solutions.
Collaborate closely with other ServiceNow product teams and integrate connected products and systems.
Design and implement integrations for importing large data volumes, including authentication, error handling, and data transformation.
Contribute actively as a core member of the DevOps product team and support ServiceNow implementation projects.

Completed degree in computer science or a related informatics field.
Extensive professional experience and demonstrable success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist or Developer in the relevant ServiceNow products.
Strong JavaScript development skills with an emphasis on object-oriented programming, class structures, inheritance, and software design principles.
Deep knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
Extensive experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations and integrating external systems through different integration technologies.
Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
Experience working in agile environments and delivering agile and hybrid projects.
ITIL Foundation Level and a project management certification are advantageous.
