Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of large, cross-cutting initiatives.
- Participate in shaping the long-term technical architecture for member growth products.
- Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions.
- Produce well-designed, scalable, and reusable code.
- Drive high-complexity projects and track progress against milestones.
- Mentor and inspire other engineers.
- Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with project leads and product managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
- 6+ years of programming experience with a proven track record.
- Full stack experience including React/Typescript and Kotlin/Java.
- Strong understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Experience with SOA or microservice-based applications using REST.
- Willingness to collaborate and drive projects from inception to completion.
- Affinity for solving problems and shipping impactful features.
- Experience in a collaborative coding environment.
