Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure, efficient, and gas-optimized smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2 blockchains.
- Test and audit smart contracts for security and functionality using tools such as Forge.
- Track developments in Ethereum, Solidity, and blockchain technology to improve contract efficiency and security.
- Develop internal smart contract security measures, coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Assist with blockchain infrastructure development and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in cryptographic principles and blockchain technology; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proficiency in Solidity with a portfolio of deployed smart contracts and decentralized applications.
- Proficiency in smart contract security practices and common vulnerabilities.
- Proficiency in cryptography techniques such as zero-knowledge proofs and roll-ups.
- Experience with Ethereum development tools including Foundry and Hardhat.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for blockchain development is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, independent-work, and collaboration skills.
