Base Salary
$185k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning solutions and orchestrate complex data and agentic workflows.
- Design, build, evaluate, and optimize LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI systems with external tools, APIs, MCP servers, and enterprise data sources.
- Develop evaluation approaches and frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Analyze and improve AI system performance and usability while informing platform improvements.
- Contribute to Chariot, Striveworks’ proprietary AI operations platform.
- Collaborate directly with customers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps engineers.
- Support mission-critical deployments and help shape future technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience delivering data-centric systems such as data engineering, data cleaning, ETL pipelines, machine learning, or production analytics.
- Experience designing, building, evaluating, and optimizing LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience integrating AI systems with external tools, APIs, MCP servers, and enterprise data sources.
- Experience developing evaluation approaches for agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Familiarity with RAG, tool use, planning, and multi-agent architectures.
- Strong Python skills and proficiency with machine learning languages and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in at least one systems programming language such as Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Scala.
- Active Secret or higher US security clearance and US citizenship.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, client-server architecture experience, containerized or cloud deployment experience, experience with varied unstructured data, complex technical solution delivery, small-team leadership, and secure government technology delivery.
