Base Salary
$141k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement UI components for charting, forms, mapping controls, smart mapping, data management, and analysis tools
- Ensure components meet accessibility, internationalization, and localization requirements
- Lead public API design and documentation
- Advise on software architecture and engineering
- Promote software engineering practices including test automation, modularization, and simplification
- Maintain the build process, test automation infrastructure, and custom tooling
- Interact with users to identify needs and research and apply UX practices
Requirements
- Two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in a related occupation
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, GIS, or a related field
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, API design, CSS post-processing, accessibility, and internationalization
