Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure services supporting business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues while maintaining service quality and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Work independently, contribute solutions, participate in team discussions, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks and best practices is required.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and infrastructure-service integration is required.
- Incident Management and TIBCO MDM experience are preferred.
