Responsibilities
- Advise customers on architecting solutions with the Cloudflare One product suite.
- Guide prospects through solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-value activities, and implementation discussions.
- Partner with sales teams to support pipeline generation and revenue goals.
- Analyze customer IT landscapes and security requirements to develop appropriate architectures.
- Explain Cloudflare One’s technical capabilities and differentiators against competing solutions.
- Develop expertise in securing enterprise AI-tool adoption, including Shadow AI, AI data loss prevention, MCP server access controls, and agentic AI governance.
- Identify product gaps and communicate customer insights, trends, and feature requests to product and engineering teams.
- Support customer retention by helping customers achieve their security, performance, and reliability objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as technical sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to present technical solutions and communicate network and security transformation value to senior executives.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI security concepts, including employee AI-tool usage, AI application access governance, and generative-AI data leakage risks.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats such as malware, ransomware, phishing, and botnets and their mitigation strategies.
- Fundamental knowledge of customer network and application architectures, including hybrid environments using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of SASE and Zero Trust networking architectures.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of SWG, CASB, DLP, DNS security including DNS over HTTPS, IdP integration using SAML or OTP, and SIEM or log analytics platforms.
- Proficiency with networking fundamentals including routing, subnetting, VPNs, and SD-WAN concepts.
- Understanding of AI agentic architecture and its security requirements at scale.
- Familiarity with client operating system fundamentals and software distribution methods.
- Knowledge of CDN, WAF, DDoS mitigation, and ZTNA solutions and their competitive landscape.
- Direct experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust solutions such as Access, Gateway, or Browser Isolation is desirable.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; Russian and/or Hebrew is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize competing goals.

- For Germany-based hires, the estimated annual salary is €116,000–€165,000.
