Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop the Node.js bidder for real-time ad request management.
- Create a throttling layer to act on bidding decisions with minimal latency.
- Aggregate traffic performance data to inform bidding strategies.
- Utilize SQL to analyze billions of bid requests and impressions.
- Implement machine learning models to predict bid outcomes and optimize rules.
Requirements
- Strong generalist with the ability to navigate unfamiliar systems.
- Proficient in at least one backend programming language and distributed systems.
- Fluent in SQL or eager to become proficient with large datasets.
- Experience with AdTech, real-time systems, or machine learning tools is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with AI coding tools and critically evaluate outputs.
