Responsibilities
- Lead technical conversations and build AI applications or proofs of concept hands-on.
- Establish AI/ML guidelines and standards for partners, prospects, and Able.
- Drive AI strategy by exploring and implementing advanced AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Identify market opportunities that connect AI technology with business outcomes.
- Consult with partners and prospects to identify opportunities for AI-driven performance improvements.
- Coach and mentor internal and partner teams through training, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience building, shipping, and operating production AI/ML systems.
- Fluency with frontier models, RAG, vector databases, agentic frameworks, evaluations, and production guardrails.
- Experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor within a spec-and-harness model.
- Demonstrated experience leading large and complex projects.
- Experience integrating ML and generative models with existing web and mobile applications.
- Ability to engage and inspire partners and executive stakeholders around AI opportunities.
- Ability to connect business challenges to AI benefits and communicate those opportunities to nontechnical audiences.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience as a technical founder, co-founder, or founding engineer at an AI company is expected.
- A master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field focused on AI and Machine Learning is preferred.
- Experience with MCP, graph-based retrieval, or multimodal pipelines is preferred.
