Responsibilities
- Contribute to shared AI capabilities and business initiatives across OP Pohjola.
- Build and support AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry and other AI technologies.
- Work on projects such as adaptive AI orchestration, adaptive guardrails, and agentic vulnerability remediation.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and other functional roles in the AI Tribe.
- Support OP Pohjola’s AI-first transformation, governance, and enterprise-scale implementation of AI.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or final-stage studies in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field.
- Previous experience developing AI-based solutions or performing data analytics using the Python stack in a cloud environment such as Azure.
- Understanding of software development skills and experience working in agile teams are advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in English; Finnish language skills are advantageous.
- Applicants must be able to meet financial-sector screening requirements, including credit history, conflict-of-interest, drug testing, and security clearance checks.
