Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced applications using maintainable code.
- Collaborate with project teams, business units, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate specifications into application solutions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, quality assurance, and code reviews to maintain application reliability and performance.
- Create and maintain application architecture, code, and design documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Identify and implement application improvements based on user feedback and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of application development experience, including complex projects and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to the organization’s technology stack.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Experience with code versioning, deployment practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience or proficiency in front-end development, cross-platform or mobile application development, Microsoft SQL Server, software engineering, source control, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Fluent English proficiency.
