$150k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on Kubernetes migration projects for seamless workload transitions.
- Analyze existing customer infrastructure to design effective migration strategies.
- Implement Kubernetes architectures and manage technical execution during migrations.
- Troubleshoot migration challenges to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Design and review Kubernetes migration strategies tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct technical workshops and demonstrations on Kubernetes solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers adopt Kubernetes best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical escalations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes migrations.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and container orchestration.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Linux and distributed systems.
- Proven programming and scripting experience for automation.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Highly motivated with a proactive mindset.
- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS are preferred.
- Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
