Base Salary
$80k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality, scalable web experiences within the Open TTD platform.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs that power the portal.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and partner engineering teams.
- Own features end-to-end from scoping and design through implementation and testing.
- Drive technical quality through design and code reviews.
- Help evolve the technical architecture of OpenTTD.
Requirements
- Strong frontend and full-stack development skills with experience in complex web applications.
- Comfortable working across the stack, including modern React-based frontends and backend services.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to code quality and maintainability.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute to a greenfield initiative.
