Base Salary
$80k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, document, and maintain scalable iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Build responsive user interfaces with UIKit and SwiftUI using modular, reusable, and maintainable components.
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services, including real-time updates and payment integrations.
- Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolve production issues, and document technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and technical design discussions, and support CI/CD, build automation, and release processes.
- Conduct or support requirements interviews, workshops, software specification discussions, and process documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and Agile delivery.
Requirements
- iOS development experience with strong expertise in Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
- Experience with MVC, MVVM, and VIPER architectures, REST APIs, JSON, Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of mobile performance and memory management.
- Ability to lead end-to-end mobile modules and participate across most areas of the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, with three years of progressive specialty experience considered in lieu of each year of education.
- Preferred experience includes banking or financial-services mobile applications, WebSockets or real-time data streaming, mobile authentication and security frameworks, and third-party SDK integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
