Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies across application lifecycles.
- Define and track quality metrics related to test execution and defect resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align quality objectives with project goals.
- Evaluate and improve testing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and timely resolution of quality issues.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track quality metrics for testing and defect management.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing complex quality challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education.
