Responsibilities
- Build and ship an end-to-end feature for the agentic AI software development lifecycle platform.
- Develop MCP-based tooling and integrations connecting AI agents with Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence, AWS, and other engineering systems.
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.
- Write and review production-quality code with senior engineers using AI-assisted development tools.
- Instrument and measure adoption, performance, and engineering time saved, then present results to the team.
- Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and IT partners to scope projects, gather requirements, and pilot features with users.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with expected graduation between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript, with the ability to write and debug production-quality code.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Git-based version control, including branching, pull requests, and code review workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM or agentic AI development, including prompt design, model APIs or SDKs, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI-assisted coding tools.
- Ability to independently turn ambiguous problems into working results, communicate progress, and present technical outcomes.
- Preferred: experience building integrations with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
- Preferred: exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and deployment tools such as Helm, Argo CD, or Terraform.
- Preferred: familiarity with Model Context Protocol, LangGraph, or multi-agent workflow design.
- Preferred: experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or React.
