Responsibilities
- Build and extend the eval pipeline for measuring task completion and fixing production failures.
- Work on context management to maintain coherence in long-horizon tasks.
- Design sub-agent patterns for effective agent composition and control.
- Own document parsing to convert supplier-uploaded materials into structured context.
- Wrap Coupa supplier APIs as agent-callable CLI tools.
- Ship supplier-facing skills that enable agents to perform specific tasks.
- Debug production behavior to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on harness architecture.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience shipping production software, with strong Python skills.
- Experience shipping at least one LLM-powered feature or product.
- Daily user of agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Codex.
- Demonstrated side projects showcasing personal initiative and creativity.
- Fluent in English for skill authoring and team communication.
- Strong debugging skills using logs and traces.
