Responsibilities
- Design and implement software for embedded devices and systems.
- Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software.
- Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources.
Requirements
- Be a current Drexel University student majoring in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Be a U.S. citizen due to government contract requirements.
- Have programming experience in C, C++, or Python.
- Have embedded-systems experience, such as with microcontrollers or ARM.
- Be familiar with software configuration management tools, IDEs, bug tracking tools, and code revision tools such as GitLab or Git.
- Preferred: experience with I2C, SPI, or UART.
- Preferred: analysis and laboratory automation experience, including development with Python-based automation and analysis tools.
