Responsibilities
- Own automation initiatives across different business units from conception through deployment.
- Provide production support for the current automation inventory as a full-time team member.
- Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, architecture strategies, and departmental standards.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver training materials to support adoption of new technologies.
- Lead and mentor junior developers on complex automations.
- Gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Power BI and Python.
- Experience leading complex automation work and making technology or solution-design decisions.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
